Gullsweep

The primary objective of the Gullsweep® is to make gulls uncomfortable so that they will select another roosting site. Every bird has their predators and so they are always in a survival mode. Gullsweep® by its unique nature creates an unknown fear that the moving object represents a potential danger. Thus with other alternative locations available, it is more suitable to go elsewhere.

MOUNTING SYSTEMS
	Rail Mount - GS-RM Takes seconds to put in place and seconds to remove. Then store when your boat is running. 1. Place vice clamp over railing & tighten so it is vertical to the rail. (Option, put tape around rail before mounting to indicate where GS-RM should be mounted, and also to protect the rail.) 2. Adjust centre support pin to be vertical to the water & tighten adjustment nut. 3. Place your Gullsweep on the support pin, adust, if not level.
	Canopy Mount - GS-7 Best for boats with canvas or nylon top. 1. Unclip one half of the forward edge along the windshield. This makes it possible to mount from within cockpit. 2. Screw the bearing pin into hex coupling. With the base centered over middle bow, with holes fore and aft, outline the base with a pencil and mark position. 3. With sharp instrument make 2 holes in the marked positions just large enough to insert U-bolt. 4. Insert U-bolt from below, place washer onto U-bolt and tighten lock nuts.
	Angle Mount - GS-7B Best for boats with canvas or nylon top. 1. Unclip one half of the forward edge along the windshield. This makes it possible to mount from within the cockpit. 2. 	Adapter Bracket - GS-AB To be used on any Gullsweep mounting to adjust the centre mounting pin to a vertical position. Quick to implement. Especially helpful on the standard permanent GS-4 mounting block. Decks normally may have a pitch of some sort
